spic and span

Today I start writing my pieces in English. My worldwide audience expects nothing less… it was an interesting day as I took a 1 day mastercourse in risk management, by Mr Blommaert a top dog in this field. Did you know that even the big 50 companies often do not know who their customers are? That people always tend to underestimate risk? That a saying goes: never waste a good crisis? That is why: now companies, banks first, have become risk-averse. A bit late. But when everybody’s going one way, you cannot lag behind. Like a flock of sheep. Pfff. Next time they dop their own beans ok! Like Obama says. Good. When arriving at the station, the neonscreen said: Dear customer, today the cleaners are on strike. So please refrain from dropping your waste on the ground”. Well, what a peculiar message. So if they are working, you can throw all just around you and leave all disorderly? What kind of education is that… anyway the conflict seems to be settled so we can look forward to shiny, spic and span stations.
